A brief study of the UN system of human rights protection

In order to address human rights abuses through UN mechanisms and experts, individuals can submit complaints and cases by providing basic details such as: personal information, statement of authorization including ‘power of attorney’ to allow for use of information for action, details of the case including dates, times, places, names, etc., details of efforts to bring the case to the attention of local and national authorities in Iran, and all relevant documents.
